Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accepting a quote, booking services, or engaging Bowles Mowing & Maintenance Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated. Quoted pricing applies only to the services listed in the quote. Additional services may be quoted and charged separately.

Quotes are prepared at the upper end of estimated time and materials. If less time or materials are required, the final invoice may be reduced. Customers will never be charged more than the accepted quote amount without prior agreement.

3. Scheduling & Access

Once a quote is accepted, work will be scheduled at the next available opportunity.

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Gates should be unlocked, pets secured and valuables removed from work areas.

A call-out fee may apply if access is not available when our team arrives.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issue unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Bank Transfer and Cheque.

Overdue accounts may incur administrative and collection fees.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

Services may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions, illness, equipment failure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, services will be rescheduled at the next available time.

6. Property Conditions & Service Frequency

Quoted pricing is based on the property's condition and agreed service frequency at the time of quoting.

Properties experiencing excessive growth, delayed maintenance or significantly changed site conditions may incur additional charges due to increased labour, disposal requirements, equipment wear or safety risks.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice provided before the scheduled service date.

8. Hidden Hazards & Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for identifying or removing hazards before work commences, including rocks, toys, hoses, irrigation components, garden ornaments, pet items, wire and hidden debris.

Bowles Mowing & Maintenance Pty Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by unidentified or concealed hazards.

9. Green Waste

Green waste removal is only included where specifically stated in the quote. Unless otherwise agreed, green waste may be left on site.

10. Service Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for 7 days. We reserve the right to inspect and rectify any concerns before alternative action is taken.

11. Liability

Bowles Mowing & Maintenance Pty Ltd is not liable for pre-existing property damage, hidden hazards, unmarked underground services or matters outside the agreed scope of work, except where required by law.

12. Marketing Photos

Before and after photos may be taken for record keeping and marketing purposes. Customers may opt out by notifying us prior to or on the day of service.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
